The following is a summary of the various State E-Scooter Regulations and Trial information within Australia.

 

It should be noted that all Electric Scooters can be ridden on private properties, private acreage, farms and so on. The primary issues are related to the riding of scooters on shared and pathways, public safety and rider safety.
